3. Energizing Movement is a posture that stimulates nerve function to help you learn better.
4. Simple exercise such as the rotation of the throat.
Another simple way to help the brain relax, and everyone can do as simple as you can’t be unexpected, it is to drink clean water. The water will help to replace the body fluid with excretion or sweat each day. It is also an important help in bringing neurotransmitters into the brain as well. During the day, you should drink water all the time to keep the brain balanced and productive.
