Many times, we face sadness, tears from various stories from various stories into the life. When those events are passing, they remain memorial as a memory. Even though there are some good stories, it is surprising that our brains often choose to recognize bad stories that make us more painful than good stories. Why is that so? Or can we remove bad things out of the brain? Let’s open your brain and heart to learn together. The main function of the brain is to the control of the organs. In the body, the brain also has an important role to protect us from anything that hurts our body and our emotions. The brain just tries to remind you that this is dangerous, then you should not interfere anything to make you hurt again. You imagine our childhood when we poked our hands into plug or play with the dog and then is bit by it. If the brain doesn’t warn enough when time passing, we may be forgotten. Until we go back to doing it again, it can be dangerous to life. It is the function of the brain called the Cerebellum, which is in the brain related to learn and memory. In addition to recording and memorizing, the brain also serves to remind us to return to the painful past again. It will bring an emotions and feel involved out when we think about those events, we will feel so bad. Therefore, if you look for a neutral mind, the cause of Cerebellum must remember the suffering or bad. That is important because it has been said that the suffering in the brain is needed but happiness is extravagant. Because of the deep nature of the brain, there is only one important function. It is our only survival. However, no matter how distress or bad things are necessary to our lives, it does not mean that we have to drown in them forever. When time is passed, bad memories will fade away naturally. The suffering can fade away from yourself speedily by living and creating new memories to fill up on the mind. You just try to spend time doing what makes you feel happy. If we can create a positive memory, the negative memories is reduced as soon as possible. Keeping the bad memories, it is an experience to teach yourself, but you shouldn’t stick with it. Trying to find something strange, you’ll get to know new people and give you for new experiences then there’re no distribution from the past.

Happiness and suffering are along with together. The brain still works from own instincts and it’s like as us. We also have to practice ourselves to be strong for going through some of the situations. Since the brain tries to survive, we must learn to live happily as well.
