We often talk to each other that when we do something repeatedly and then get tired, you don’t want to do that again anyway. "We want to be inspired" because we believe that is cause from the idea which we are mentally ill. In fact, that feeling is so influent that it can control our body to shrink, want to sleep and don’t want to do anything like that. This is a very interesting puzzle ever.
Not only are we concerned about this. In his book, Phantoms in the Brain, written by Dr. Vilayanur S. Ramachandran, who was the director of the Center for Brain and Cognition at the California State University has experimented with the relationship between sensory perception and the brain that affects the body. It is discovered that in fact, the feelings happened to us are "virtual" things that are made up of neuronal functions in our own brain, it’s called “Somatosensory Cortex”, which looks like a hair band. It is in the middle of the head to the back. The main function of this brain is to sense when things are passing on our senses, like when we see this year's bonus less than last year. Then the brain will order the feeling of discouragement and physical expression that shows shrinkage, such as wrapping the back shoulder, etc. At the same time, if the senses perceive joys, the body is exposed, such as opening eyes, enthusiasm, etc.
Another example of virtual reality is that doctor has done an experiment to bring the disabled to volunteer. It’s found that even though the organs are missing, but the brain is still functioning. That is, we will still have feelings to the organ even it does not even exist. This is to explain that we have a body which is not like anyone else or missing, it does not make us feel less value than anyone in the world. We can still do great things as long as we have good cheer for ourselves, then how can it help us to feel the inspiration that we can find easily in everyday life.
Find new challenges which they are not familiar to see a new perspective and to be used in life, work and personal matters. It maybe through listening, reading, watching, and trying to do. These will open up new paths or feelings that will overwhelm your life.
To find a prototype in this world, there are so many people who can inspire us to take our paths not only famous people but also philosopher or ordinary people. The people around us can create a stimulus for us to make a change for ourselves.
To look for good value in yourself, the most important thing is to look deep within yourself. Every human being has a different good part in yourself. Reviewing these will help us to grow stronger and improve ourselves for a long time because of their inner self.
